Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Since we begin processing orders within 1–2 business days, cancellations may not be possible once the order has been prepared or shipped.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if the product is not right for you.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered

Please contact us before sending any return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Easy Return Process

  1. Contact our support team and tell us your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the nearest return address
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the package via your local post office or courier
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the package.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is completed.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to size issues, change of mind, or wrong selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
  • Original shipping fees and shipping guarantees are non-refundable

We do not accept Freight To Collect (FTC) returns.
